1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using QuizArena, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use QuizArena. You must provide accurate information when signing up, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. One Account Per User

Each person may only hold one QuizArena account. Creating multiple accounts, using bots, VPNs to farm rewards, or sharing accounts will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any pending rewards.

4. Points & Rewards

Points earned through quizzes, tasks, shortlinks, and other activities have no monetary value on their own. They can only be converted into cash rewards through the in-app withdrawal system, at the conversion rate set by QuizArena. Rates and minimum thresholds may change at any time.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are reviewed manually and are processed to the payment method you provide (bKash, Nagad, or others we support). We may reject or cancel a withdrawal if we detect fraudulent activity, invalid payment details, or violations of these terms. Approved payments are typically sent within 24–72 hours.

6. Mini Tasks

Task submissions must include an honest, unedited screenshot of your completion. Fake, edited, or reused screenshots will be rejected and may result in an account ban. Completion frequency limits are enforced strictly.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Cheating, scripting, or automating quizzes/tasks.
• Exploiting bugs instead of reporting them.
• Harassment, hate speech, or illegal content in usernames or messages.
• Attempting to bypass ads, shortlinks, or offerwall verification.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, with or without notice. On termination, any unpaid points may be forfeited.

9. Disclaimer

QuizArena is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the platform available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific reward amounts. Third-party providers (shortlinks, offerwalls, payment gateways) may have their own delays or failures beyond our control.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
